“You’ve come a long way, traveler. Welcome! I am your host the Bright Sorcerer,” I say, stepping forward with a smile.
At the mention of my name, you’re instantly cautious. Raising a wary eyebrow and glancing around, you get a sudden urge to look behind you….
But you can’t move!!! Every muscle feels frozen in place, except your eyes, which glance anxiously around. You should feel alarmed but….
“Please relax. You’ll find no dark magic here,” I reassure you. “All those here are in service to the Light. Which is why you’re here, my friend. Welcome.“
A sense of calm descends on you, only to have it raised to mild alarm a mere second later…. as you find yourself begin to float off the stone floor. Weightless, you hang suspended freely a foot above the ground, all evidence of paralysis gone.
A door sleepily yawns open in front of you….slowly, it draws you forward as anxiety is quickly replaced with curiosity.
“Have no worries, you will be perfectly safe,” my voice whispers reassuringly behind you, as if from a great distance, “It’s your protected doorway to Dreamtime.”

Just stopping by to wish you a Happy Hump Day and invite you to the Tree for some chuckles to celebrate the day.
Have a great rest of the week!
It's Saturday, Mar. 15/08. I'm just popping by to see what's new and to wish you a good weekend.
Blessings and a sincere thank you for choosing to spread your light at my place. A bit of shameless promotion, right from the start, involves my show on Blog Talk Radio called "Spiritual Sorcery" . This Saturday, January 10/09, at 4pm EST, I will be joined by White Buffalo Calf Woman, a returning Master, where we'll discuss varied aspects of Ascension and our role in it. If you can't make it, no worries, you can access it any time from the above link.
I'll also be hosting a show solo, every second Tuesday, at 5pm EST, beginning January 13/09, that will focus mainly on bringing awarenes to the misuse and misconceptions of symbols and mystical practices to which we have conflicting views. While I may take some flak for it, I'll also explore different methods of magic and their use, and include a spiritual tool. In the first show, that will be Sacred Signs and how to use them in the decision making process. Based on the work done by Dr. Adrian Calabrese, it has provided me with one of the most important tools in my spiritual toolbox.
There is no Psychic Spotlight in this post but next week, I'll be highlighting an incredibly warm and compassionate lady named Nancy Matz, who is a psychic medium. She will also be my guest co-host on January 17/09 at 4pm.
Hopefully, you've got a steaming cup of chai tea....

Taking A Mind Vacation
One wouldn't normally consider shamanic journeys as a time of relaxation, likely because we've learned we rarely journey without a clear purpose or intent. If you've never explored this type of spirit travel, my aim here isn't to alienate you...on the contrary, I'd like to provide you with a training tool that can assist in experiencing what some refer to as "non-ordinary reality".
One aspect that makes people hesitate is the uncertainty of safety, without a reasonable understanding of what and where one goes. This exercise will direct you towards a very specific target, one which you have already taken time to pick out. It is never a bad idea to ask for protection from the Archangels, especially Lord Michael, who specializes in this, or a particular Ascended Master - or both.
You are perfectly safe throughout this entire exercise, needing only to open your eyes to end it. It's important to note that you won't be just scattering your consciousness across the ether...it will be directed towards a very specific target. This exercise was my introduction to shamanic journeying and was a very pleasant and fascinating learning process.
Mind Vacation
1) Obtain Image : This is an important step. It is never wrong to request some help from your guides in choosing this. My strong suggestion is to look through pictures that have only objects and no people or animals. I've used pics from National Geographic but initially used one from a calender. It was actually one of the more dull pictures but it resonated with me. And it also alowed me to connect consciously with one of my spirit guides for the first time in my life. If you approach this with the assistance of your guide(s), any picture that strikes a chord within you is almost certainly their influence.
2) Study Details: Take in as much detail as you can about the image you finally choose. The colours, angles, light, shadows...whatever you feel drawn to examine closely. Don't sweat the tiny details; from my own experience the only real necessity is general memory of the picture implanted in your mind. We very easily create the environment around us, as we move, and this point will be relevant in the next step.
3) Project Conciousness: This a very deliberate action that can be done slowly or quickly. Take time for a few clearing breaths, which will come naturally, and slowly bring up the pic you just examined, up on your inner screen. Visualize yourself moving forward and into the picture and then becoming part of it.
4) Explore !!! : It is imperative, at this point, that I remind you to trust whatever happens. Your guides have drawn you there for a reason. It turned out to be my initiation into to an incredible new world. On my fourth "visit", I walked farther down a path in some autumn woods and came to a clearing. On the bank of a river, there was a woman in a purple robe, sitting in a chair, a fishing rod in the river and a large black puma lounging to one side.
My point is take some time to wander. What you need to keep in mind is that what you "see" happening on your inner screen is no different than holding up a bag of chips. Both are simply different aspects of reality. Try to employ your physical senses to detect, scents or sounds or texture. As I mentioned, the surroundings will take shape around you, with little thought. If you've always wanted to sit in a lounge chair as the river crept by, under a blazing orange sun (if this is a part of the scenery) then do it.
To return, simply walk back to your entry point and walk out. You can picture re-entering your physical body but it's not necessary. Try to make a point of separating yourself from the image, if only a verbal one when you open your eyes. This, once again, isn't entirely necessary but it does let your conscious mind know the "trip" is over.
If you meet up with a guide and feel at a loss for words, tell them I sent you.

The top 10 cryptozoology stories of 2008
Loren Coleman: From an alleged Bigfoot in ice to a mysterious body on a beach, from a new manta ray to a giant elephant shrew, it was quite a year. It might not have been the year we wanted but it sure was the one we got.
The 'Lake Michigan Triangle' mystery
The Lake Michigan triangle is said to have similar characteristics of the Bermuda Triangle and is said to be a place of ghost ships, strange disappearances and even UFO sightings. "There's been some strange disappearances out there, there's been many ships that have been lost that haven't been found."
Looking at what's ahead in '09
This time of year, we're up to our earlobes in lists. The "Year in Review" list goes on ad infinitum. Not to be outdone, 2009 beckons. Challenges, of course, but also predictions - and not all of them dire, thankfully. Some "doomsday" predictions you've already heard - deepening recession, continuing mortgage crisis. But seers and mystics are gazing into their crystal balls and prophesying other events that aren't quite so cataclysmic.
In search of the tunnel to the Templars' treasure
Dan Green: My first fascination with tunnel systems was inspired by the author Alec Mclellan, who in 1981 wrote the book, ‘The lost world of Agharti’. Alec claimed that whilst on a walking tour along the Wharfedale Valley in Yorkshire, England during the 70’s, he spotted a peculiar light reflecting from high up the valley and upon investigation found a tunnel which he followed along until he encountered a weird green light and an increasing rumbling noise. He left in a hurry, never to return, announcing in his book that here, he thought, amidst many ancient legends in the area, was a hidden entrance to the lost subterranean world of Agharti, the mystical Tibetan Shamballah.
Business booming for psychics
The slumping economy has cost many people their jobs. But there appears to be at least one profession that's actually cashing in on the nation's economic woes. Skepticism often plagues the business of fortune telling, but in these tough economic times, many are putting apprehension aside in the hopes of seeing what's in the cards for their economic futures.
Ramol cops run scared of ghost
Burglars? No. Murderers? No. Terrorists? Uh-uh. The cops posted at the Ramol police station claim they have routed something that is untrammelled by laws and far more fearsome: A ghost! Unbelievable, though, it may sound, the Ramol police claim they were ‘terrorised’ by a ghost for more than a month last year.
Miracles: a mystery or a myth
Do you believe in miracles? It is a well known fact that people who have some kind of belief system live longer and have happier lives. That said, the belief system need not be a traditionally religious one, but one that moves the individual outside themselves and into a larger universe of infinite possibility.
Photo captures image of an 'angel' in hospital hallway
When Chelsea Banton was born five weeks prematurely, doctors predicted she had 36 hours to live. Proving them wrong was the first miracle for Chelsea, now an Independence High School freshman. “She spent the first four months in a neonatal intensive care unit,” recalls her mother, Colleen Banton of Mint Hill.
On the trail of gnomes
There are many varieties of gnomes, from a garden gnome to a forest gnome to a dune gnome to a house gnome to a farm gnome to a Siberian gnome. It is interesting that Siberian gnomes are known to associate with trolls. Are trolls perhaps the Grays or maybe they are the blue aliens that Whitley Strieber describes in his book 'Communion'?
Kreskin prognosticates for us on everything from bailouts to Hollywood
The Amazing Kreskin has been predicting the future for five decades. Last year, he said he predicted the New York Giants would win the Super Bowl by three points. They did, 17-14, over the New England Patriots. Then there was the matter of the presidential election. He said he called that, too, picking Barack Obama in December 2007, the month before the Iowa Caucus and 10 months before the Nov. 4 election.
Why I want to believe in angels - and thousands do
Justine Picardie: I've never seen a real angel - a living, breathing being, with feathered wings - but I like the idea of them; the stories of their capacity for flight, these messengers between heaven and earth. The New Age angels seem less mysterious, and therefore less interesting - reduced, in reports of sightings, to the mundane, finding parking spaces and loitering around shopping malls - and so an altogether different species to the dark angels of death and Old Testament destruction.
Spirituality spot found in brain
What makes us feel spiritual? It could be the quieting of a small area in our brains, a new study suggests. The area in question — the right parietal lobe — is responsible for defining "Me," said researcher Brick Johnstone of Missouri University. It generates self-criticism, he said, and guides us through physical and social terrains by constantly updating our self-knowledge: my hand, my cocktail, my witty conversation skills, my new love interest.

Lord Michael
ARCHANGEL MICHAEL co-holds the 1st Ray, Divine Will of God, with El Morya, on behalf of the angelic kingdom. Michael is the overseeing Force of Power through Non-attachment and wields the Sword of Light as its spiritual instrument. Michael is concerned with bringing human souls self power (power within, not over) through letting go of self denial, emotional attachments, and fears such as need and dependency. Michael represents one of the triune of consciousness - that of Power - which make up the fundamental human life force
Lord Archangel Michael: Magnificent Being of Light and major Archangel. Duty is to inform the many Archangels how best to carry out Mother/Father God's divine Plan.

Courtesy of Light Ascension
Nicks Note: Lord Michael is also the greatest general of all time and can be called on for a variety of needs including cutting the cords to people who have injured or continue to injure us. Anytime you feel threatened or uneasy, don't be shy to call on his protection or ask him to ring you with his warriors. I do it each evening. He has been a source of intense personal fascination for several years. In fact, Lord Michael has been an actual character in a number of my stories, as well as poems. I cannot detail my involvement with Him but I can tell you that He truly is only a whisper away.
If you're interested, one is entitled "Night Over Dark" which describes a battle that I somehow witnessed - while writing it - between the forces of Dark and Light. The second poem is called, "Astral Horror" and was really my first conscious attempt to describe an event that seemed to come from somewhere in my dormat memories until the right stimulus arrived to bring it to my conscious mind.

"A classic is something that everybody wants to have read and nobody wants to read." Mark Twain
Samuel Morse was not only an inventor but a painter of considerable talent. At one time he was quite proud of a canvas depicted Christ riding an ass into Jerusalem and asked a friend to tell him frankly what he thought of it. The friend inspected it carefully and said, "Your donkey is the savior of your picture."
"Isn't it amazing?" the painter gushed, waving an expansive arm over his latest painting. "I only paint what I see," he continued to explain. "When in that condition, you shouldn't paint," replied the critic.
A middle-aged man, visiting an art museum with his wife, stood for minutes rapturusly loking at a apinting of a woman drseed only in a few leaves. His wife fianlly snapped, "What are you waiting for, autumn?"
Note from an art critics column: "They could not find the artist so they hung his picture."
"My father taught me to work. He did not teach me to love it." Abraham Lincoln
Plutarch reported that King Phillip of Macedonia wrote a threatening letter to rulers of Sparta which said, "If once I enter your territories, I will destroy you all, leaving you never to rise again." The Spartans replied in a letter containing only one word: "IF."
An official in the State Department replaced a KEEP SMILING sign in his office with one reading KEEP SMILING ANYHOW.
"A diplomat is a person who can tell you to go to hell in such a way that you actually look forward to the trip." Cookie Stinnet, "Out of The Red"

Angelic Sorcery (narration of my short story. 1 hr. long)
~applause~ I just listened to an hour of the continuation of Spiritual Sorcery. I downloaded the second part first without realizing it was the second part. lol By the time I realized it, I was already engulfed into your story and decided to continue instead of stopping. Did that make sense? lol
I'm just being nosey. lol
You have a great radio voice, and if you just relax, you'll be even better than you already are.
Just wanted you to know.
I think you did just great, my friend - not many people can do a first show like that and sound so professional; you were awesome.
